Director Election Structure

This year, there are two Director positions open on the Board. Four candidates are running for these seats.

• The two highest vote‑getters will be elected as Directors.
• The third highest vote‑getter will serve as First Alternate.
• The fourth highest vote‑getter will serve as Second Alternate.

Alternates do not actively serve on the Board but may be called upon if a vacancy occurs during the term.

Preparing for Voting

Ballots will be emailed to all eligible members on October 17. To help you prepare, we encourage you to review each candidate’s background, experience, and contributions to NYCLB.

Election results will be announced at our Annual Meeting on November 8th at the Navy Golf Course. Fair Winds, Following Seas, and a Clear Course into Election Season.
